From nurturing your core and pelvic floor to functional strengthening, we'll empower you to be at your strongest as you prepare for motherhood.

Mommy and Me Fitness: Join our Mommy and Me Fitness class for a fun and active bonding experience. Strengthen your body and your connection with your little one through interactive exercises. Ages typically range from 3m to 2y.

Postpartum Power: A strength and conditioning focused class for returning to higher intensity exercise in the postpartum period. With a focus on total body strengthening, you will feel empowered and stronger. Non-crawling littles welcome!

Prenatal Yoga: Yoga designed for expectant mothers to improve physical fitness, reduce stress and improve flexibility. This restorative yoga class is open to all individuals!

Mommy + Mini Yoga Flow: Bring your little to a fun and interactive yoga flow designed for both mom and baby, followed by a serene sound bath to create a peaceful atmosphere for you and your little yogi.

Circuit: A fast-paced workout involving a series of different exercises performed in a specific sequence. This class enhances overall fitness through a mix of cardio and strength training.

MPOWER Strength: A full body strength workout class to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall fitness. This dynamic class incorporates a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups, providing a comprehensive and effective strength training experience.

Band Flex: We harness the incredible potential of resistance bands to provide you with a workout that is not only effective but also adaptable to all fitness levels.

Mat Pilates: Experience the perfect synergy of relaxation and fitness. Our certified instructors combine therapeutic elements with a fitness focus to help you strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and find balance.

Barre Fit: combines elements of ballet, dance and conditioning to deliver a full-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements and targeted exercises.

Flex + Flow Dance: A movement-based dance class designed for all fitness levels. This class blends dance techniques with fluid movements to improve flexibility, strength and coordination. Enjoy an energetic workout as you flow through dance routines that leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath: This is a nice slow restorative style of yoga, intuitively listening to your body and practicing with compassion. After yoga, we bathe in the healing frequency and vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments, leaving your parasympathetic nervous system completely reset.
