PELVICORE: A full-body class centered on one of the most important (but often overlooked) foundations of movement: your pelvic floor. This class is ideal for anyone curious about pelvic floor health, whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, or experiencing symptoms like leaking, pressure, or core weakness.

Bump It Up: A circuit-style class designed for pregnancy, combining birth prep mobility with strength training. Each session focuses on preparing your core, pelvis, and whole body for labor and delivery, while maintaining functional strength and stability. Movements are safe, effective, and adaptable for every trimester, and modifications ensure you can progress confidently. Expect a mix of mobility, strength, and core activation to keep your body strong and supported throughout pregnancy.

Postpartum Power: A circuit-style class designed to help you rebuild strength and reconnect with your body after having a baby. Through functional movements, guided progressions, and full-body strength training, you’ll restore core and pelvic floor integrity, improve mobility, and regain endurance. Classes are small and supportive, and non-crawling littles are welcome, allowing you to focus on yourself while staying close to your baby.

Prenatal Yoga: A gentle, supportive class designed for expectant mothers. You’ll improve flexibility, release tension, reduce stress, and safely move through pregnancy with guidance for each trimester. Breathwork and mindful movement help prepare your body and mind for labor, while fostering a calm, centered practice. Open to all levels, and each class finishes with a soundbath.

Mommy + Mini Yoga Flow: An interactive yoga experience for moms and their little ones. You’ll engage in gentle movements and playful bonding exercises, followed by a calming sound bath to restore energy and focus. This class encourages connection, mindfulness, and physical wellness for both mom and baby.

Circuit: A fast-paced, station-based workout combining strength, cardio, and conditioning for a full-body challenge. Each class is designed to keep you moving, building strength and endurance while targeting all major muscle groups. Modifications are provided for all levels, making this class accessible whether you’re just starting out or looking for a more challenging workout.

Temposculpt: A music-driven strength class where every song targets a different muscle group. Using tempo-based resistance and controlled movements, you’ll sculpt, tone, and challenge your body in a fun, energetic environment. This class improves coordination, endurance, and muscular strength while keeping you moving to the beat. All fitness levels are welcome, and instructors provide modifications to ensure safety and progress.

Lift + Load: Build strength, power, and confidence in this full-body training session designed to challenge major muscle groups and teach proper lifting technique. The balance of compound lifts and accessory work will sculpt muscle and empower you to feel strong and unstoppable. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.

Silver Circuit: A supportive, dynamic circuit training class tailored for adults 55 and older. Each session focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health, helping you maintain independence and mobility. Modifications ensure safety, while movements are designed to improve functional fitness for everyday activities. This class is welcoming and inclusive, making it easy to stay active and confident at any stage of life.

Barre Fit: combines elements of ballet, dance and conditioning to deliver a full-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements and targeted exercises.

Dance Flow: This vibrant class combines the strength and grace of ballet barre with the rhythmic energy of jazz and lyrical movement. Perfect for all fitness levels, Dance Flow offers a fun and engaging way to build endurance, flexibility and coordination while exploring a variety of dance styles in a supportive community.

Yogilates: Blends the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates. This class focuses on improving posture, balance, and total-body strength while encouraging mindful movement and breathwork. It’s perfect for anyone looking to increase mobility, strengthen the core, and move with intention.

Cardio Hip Hop: A high-energy, dance-based workout that combines heart-pumping cardio with fun hip hop choreography. You’ll improve endurance, coordination, and total-body strength while moving to upbeat music. This class is accessible for all levels, with modifications provided as needed. Expect to sweat, smile, and move with confidence!

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath: This is a nice slow restorative style of yoga, intuitively listening to your body and practicing with compassion. After yoga, we bathe in the healing frequency and vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments, leaving your parasympathetic nervous system completely reset.
