REFORMER PILATES, BODYWORK AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTKym holds a Doctorate in Physiotherapy and honorary doctorates in Functional Biomechanics and Anatomy. Her journey began as an elite gymnast, but a career-ending injury led her to discover Pilates as a rehabilitation tool. This sparked her lifelong passion for efficient body movement and the importance of the "core."
Throughout her career, Kym has worked in clinical settings but found her true calling in the studio. She integrates Pilates principles and diverse training into her approach, focusing on strength, functional movement, flexibility, stability, and mobility. Her mission is to help others use their bodies pain-free, emphasizing quality over quantity.
Continuously dedicated to expanding her expertise, Kym recently earned a certification in Neurokinetic Therapy TM (NKT), underscoring her commitment to enhancing her knowledge and providing comprehensive training to all seeking her guidance.

MICHELLE GARCIA, CMT
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Michelle Garcia has been a certified massage therapist for 17 years after training at Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute. Michelle has worked alongside diverse chiropractors with various techniques that have helped her gain knowledge to help her clientele. She has worked on pre and post natal clients and post surgical recovery. She has been dedicated to helping heal clients, treating them with all types of injuries, digestive & pre and post natal issues.
Her technique is a mixture of modalities using a strong, gentle touch. She specializes in Swedish, Trigger Point, Visceral Lymphatic, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology & Prenatal massage.
When MIchelle is not massaging, she enjoys running, hiking, and biking with her husband. She has gone to great lengths, including hiking Mt. Whitney, Half Dome, & Zion National Park. She also likes to test her ability to train for a half marathon every year. Her favorite thing is spending time camping with family and raising her two dogs, Koa and Pepper.

Originally from the UK, Zoe has lived and trained clients across three continents; bringing global experience and an extensive list of qualifications including Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced TRX, Strength Training, Bodybuilding, Corrective Exercise, Neuromuscular Stretching, Integrated Core Training, Psychology and more. Zoe’s firm belief that exercise should be as enjoyable as it is effective shines through in every class and session that she teaches. She takes pride in fostering a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels motivated and at ease, regardless of age, ability, or fitness level. Via her own unique blend of compassion, evidence-based training and unwavering British enthusiasm, Zoe has successfully guided countless clients toward remarkable improvements in their health, confidence, and physical performance.
As a new mama to a baby boy, Zoe’s respect for female strength and resilience has never been higher. Her own experiences of pregnancy and early motherhood have deepened her understanding of the unique physical and emotional challenges faced by women during this transformative time, and she is passionate about supporting other mothers as they navigate their own path to health and well-being.

Her specialties encompass an impressive array of disciplines, ranging from TRX and BOSU training to kettlebell workouts, HIIT, injury prevention, athlete training, and pre/postpartum fitness. What sets Lauren apart is her unwavering commitment to functional training, emphasizing the creation of sustainable and effective fitness programs that truly work.
With an impressive 7 years of certified personal training experience, Lauren has honed her skills and knowledge to expertly guide her clients towards their aspirations. Her previous 5-year tenure at Total Woman speaks volumes about her ability to deliver results and foster positive fitness transformations. DANCE, GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORRebecca's life has been spent dancing on the floors of Carousel Dance Studio. She started dancing at age 4, and from the moment she met Karen and Natalie Willes they have been family.
She is professionally trained in all genres of dance and has danced throughout the world. Over the years, Rebecca has danced for some of the world's most renowned dance groups and venues. Most notable, Rebecca has performed with Cirque du Soleil, where she danced a principal role in the show Mystere. Recently she has danced at Day N Vegas, performing the world renown rapper Kendrick Lamar.
Rebecca enjoys teaching all styles of dance from beginner to advanced. For years, her commitment to teaching has trained dancers that have graduated and moved onward to some of the most sought-after dance schools in the country as well as professional dance careers.
When she's not dancing her passion for fitness kicks in. She shares her pursuit with living a healthy lifestyle and enjoys teaching fitness classes as well. From barre, pilates, yoga and hiking theres no block left unturned in her love for movement.
Aside from being a teacher, Rebecca is a devoted wife to Christopher and an incredible mother to her children, Hana and Kai. She thanks them for always being her biggest fans and supporting her every step of the way.

Mary’s profound journey into the world of yoga began during her teenage years, a love that has remained steadfast throughout her life. However, it wasn’t until the arrival of her daughter in 2011 that Mary, alongside her mother and sister, embarked on a transformative 200-hour yoga training journey, ultimately becoming certified.
Mary’s passion lies in sharing the profound connection between mind and body with her students. Her classes are an exploration of meditation, healing through sound baths and the art of chakra clearing. Drawing from her own experience of practicing prenatal yoga during pregnancy, Mary now imparts this wisdom to expecting mothers.
Beyond yoga, Mary is a doula, seamlessly integrating yoga and meditation techniques into her support for expectant parents. Mary’s dedication to yoga and holistic well-being radiates through her teaching, making her a guiding light for those on their own journeys.
